Can I still follow the same ordering process?
Yes. If you were using the Harder/United Shopfront platform you can still access that as always. You’ll notice some new Rocket Industrial references throughout the experience.
Which website should I use to place my orders?
You can continue to use the same website you’ve used in the past to get the products you need.
I’m a customer of Rocket Industrial and Harder/United, will Rocket Industrial have my items from the Harder/United Shopfront site?
Please continue to order through your traditional channel. You can still access all your Shopfront specific items the same as before.
Will my sales rep change, what about my CSR?
In some cases yes, your sales rep and/or CSR may be changing. You can expect direct communication from your previous rep or new rep to help with the transition.
Will my orders continue to be tax exempt?
If you are eligible for tax exempt status, please send a valid exemption certificate to [email protected] or Tax Compliance, Rocket Industrial, 200 Washington Street, Suite 220, Wausau, WI 54403. If we have that on file, your orders would continue to be tax exempt.
