The Encore EP-3550 is a heavy-duty tool balancer dispenser with an adjustable handle and tray height. Includes a tool mast that facilitates stabilizing heavy tools to aid in their application, minimize wear, and prevent personal injury or harm. Works with both steel and poly strapping.
