“T- 3..2..1..Liftoff!” At Rocket Industrial we have been relentlessly watching L – (L minus) keeping a close eye on the days, hours, and minutes remaining in the scheduled countdown to launch our new and improved website. Like the two-stage Atlas V Rocket we saw with the Goers – R Launch in 2016, our website will deploy with two stages. First, we reveal our shiny, newly designed B2C experience. To follow, we will introduce a brand new B2B platform. After countless hours of hard work and commitment, we are pleased to announce our new site will launch in early February. Throughout the project discovery and build we were driven by a mission to update our shopping process bringing ease to our customers and enhance overall user-friendliness. Most importantly, we have overhauled our B2B experience to deliver our customers with account functionality that can be tailored to best suit their business needs.

Packaging Exploration

Innovation in the packaging space is important to us, from challenging materials to deliver the best prices, we realized to be truly innovative our Ecommerce experience and resources also have to reflect that. The purpose of our new B2C website is to provide our visitors with an easy shopping experience with robust product information to find the right products that fulfill their business needs. We also enhanced our resources center, drawing attention to useful tools like our Packaging Health Assessment and our DIM Calculator to make confident packaging decisions. Of course, we also made it extra easy to connect with us, never being more than a click away and with clear contact numbers at the top of the page. We kept beloved features like our search bar, one-page checkout, the ability to build quick comparison charts, quick links to navigate faster, and the ability to easily create and sign-in to a B2B account.

Reaching New Heights of Customer Service

To enhance our user experiences even further on the site, we overhauled our B2B experience. B2B accounts will now live on the same website so there is no need to visit another location once you’ve landed on The B2B will include the same great features as our B2C site but on a more personal level. Our B2B account allows you direct access to your designated sales rep and our customer service team, so you are never more than a click away from any support you may need. We’ve made it easy to navigate your account to see past orders, allow for quick ordering of your repeat products (even custom), connect your preferred billing even if that means utilizing a procurement service like Ariba, and that’s only the beginning.

Amongst the new features on both the B2C and B2B experience, we hope you’ll find shopping with us a breeze so you can dedicate more time to what you do best, running your business. This trajectory for this launch was a long one, but one we are finally so proud to announce.
