What can I trade in?
This promotion is limited to Fromm, Polychem/Greenbridge, or Orgapack battery-powered strapping tools. (Please contact us about other eligibility on other brands.)
How much do I get for my strapping tool trade-in?
Once your trade-in is received, we will issue you a $200 refund on your original payment method.
What condition does my tool need to be in?
Your old tool can be in any condition. It does not need to be operable.
What do I need to include with my tool?
The complete tool should be included. Batteries, chargers, and accessories are not necessary.
What happens to the tool I trade in?
Rocket Industrial will properly strip and dispose of defective tools.
Can I trade in more than one tool at a time?
Only one tool may be used for trade-in per transaction.
What is the process to start the trade in?
Purchase a new RI-200, complete the return form on the right, and send your old tool for trade-in to Rocket Industrial. Once received, we will issue a $200 refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 2 weeks to receive a refund.
How should I package my item?
Please package carefully to prevent any damage during shipment. (The cost to ship trade-in items is on the customer.)
