Continued growth from HSU’s Ginseng meant more and more orders were being shipped out the door. To make sure they were on track to scale effectively, HSU’s Ginseng wanted experts to analyze and make recommendations to how they package their products.

Solution

A Rocket Industrial discovery visit to the HSU’s Ginseng facility uncovered some excess pack size in their main product line. Rocket Industrial designed and tested a new package that still fit the same amount of product but used less material and space. This allowed our engineers to rethink their pallet patterns for further space savings.

Results

Putting the new package to use, HSU’s Ginseng has been able to see the following savings.

2704 lbs of waste removed from the waste stream yearly from material reduction
