If you want to maintain successful production, your packaging equipment needs to be kept in optimal shape. Having a plan for regular maintenance and service is key to increase the longevity of your packaging machines.


Recommended Service Intervals

Our service department typically offers service calls to facilities either quarterly, semi-annually or annually – or a service interval the customer decides. We tailor the appropriate service interval to the company.


It’s not mandatory to replace all components at once and our technicians have the knowledge and experience to know when parts should be replaced. For example, the blade for tape heads should be replaced every 3-6 months. For case sealers under heavy use, 3 month replacements are suggested.


Besides service calls, companies can choose to send in their parts for maintenance and we also offer maintenance training at the location of our customer facilities.
