"Like us, I'm sure you're balancing being scared one minute and hopeful the next. At Rocket Industrial, we proudly support many "essential" U.S. businesses, and we're doing as much as we possibly can--to support the communities where we work, to support our employees and their families, and to support our customers. We're here, with big (heavy) hearts, during this time.
Many on our teams are working from home, and others are on our "front line", following new sets of guidelines in order to stay safe while we work to help fulfill essential supply chains, to keep America going in key areas.
P.S. This is one of the more interesting articles I’ve come across related to how they handled the 1918 pandemic. It helps provide a glimmer of hope in a way. - How Cities Flattened the Curve During the 1918 Flu Pandemic
As an essential part of the supply chain, our distribution centers will continue to operate and make deliveries during this sheltering period. There is a high demand for PPE, toweling, and hand sanitizer products which have limited the supply that we have readily available. We are reacting to new supply chain information hourly to provide you with the most up to date information. All of our non-health related packaging suppliers remain confident in their ability to maintain an effective supply for our customers.
We are committed to the highest level of service and supply for our customers. Our sales team and customer service representatives are available to help you during this challenging time by phone, email, and video conferencing. We thank you for your continued support.
We have recently launched a Coronavirus Hub. Here you can find supplies and resources related to hygiene, safety, and social distancing. It also features a form to contact us for help sourcing the products you are looking for.
We are thankful for all of the organizations that are helping the community during this time and we hope that we can support them through their efforts. We will get through this together.
• We sourced bottles for a distillery that flipped their operations to make hand sanitizer. We are not only here to supply packaging materials but to be a resource for all things packaging.
• Rocket Industrial, along with Abby County Market, donated enough twist ties for Decorator Industries to make 10,000 face masks. This donation also helps keep Decorator Industries employed during this time!
• To support The Boys & Girls Club of the Wausau Area’s meal service, we donated much-needed supplies to help continue this program. The meal service provides hundreds of free, hot dinners and delicious snacks to kids in the community.
• The Salvation Army has been serving over 200 people a day instead of their typical 30 or 40 people. To assist in their efforts, we donated items so they can continue providing meals.
Rocket Industrial's cleaning division and sister company CleanFreak.com is compiling photos, stories, and videos to thank all custodial and sanitation workers on the frontlines. These messages will be made into a thank you video to show our appreciation of these superheroes.
Tell your stories from the frontlines or honor your friend, family member or community member by emailing email@example.com. You can also call and leave a voice message to show your apprecaition on our Cleaning Heroes Hotline at 1-888-845-0040. Find out more details here.
