Having worked with hundreds of clients in a variety of industries, one thing I can say with confidence is that our most advanced clients are constantly searching for new information and new ideas; for that reason, we do not often have a desire to participate in traditional RFP’s—unless “RFP” means “Request For Progress”. Requests for Proposals (RFP’s) are an outdated response to escalating costs that do not address the root of the problem. In many cases they act as the barrier to real progress and real continuous improvement.
We’ve invested millions of dollars into our capabilities the past several years and we’re just getting warmed up.
